As you probably know I train real estate agents, real estate investors, home sellers and home buyers in lease options, a.k.a. rent to owns. I also actively do lease options myself. In this video I show you around my office where I do my lease option investing business, my real estate office as well as my lease option education.
Take a look as I show you a little about how things are set up, some of my favorite books, my wall of education (yes, I really have a whole wall dedicated to real estate investing courses). Anyone who has read my book knows that I recommend creating files for each of your lease option homes, I show you my file cabinet that holds all of my current rent to own homes. Also at the end you get to see me collecting a couple of rent checks - yay!
